Supporting Women. Upholding Life.

Our History

We are a non-profit organization founded in 1989 as South Valley Pregnancy Care Center. For decades we served the community providing free pregnancy tests, education, and material support to women and families in the southern Santa Clara County. In 2017, Informed Choices was licensed by the State of California and today we are proud to offer pregnancy medical services as part of our comprehensive network of care and education. As a Gospel-Centered and Life-Affirming Pregnancy Medical Clinic, our motto is simply: “Supporting Women. Upholding Life.”

Our mission

Informed Choices is a gospel-centered, life-affirming pregnancy medical clinic empowering and supporting individuals by providing no-cost services as they make informed pregnancy and sexual health decisions.

Our purpose

Informed Choices is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes, within the meaning of 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code.  The specific purpose of the corporation is:(1) to provide a comprehensive network of care and education to individuals facing pregnancy, sexual health, and abortion related concerns, (2) to uphold the sanctity of human life from the moment of conception to natural death, and (3) to glorify God and share the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ…so lives will be saved and transformed.
